Shipping Policy

Notice to all Debit/Credit Card Payers

1) Your Shipping Address must match Billing Address on file with Card issuer. If this is not possible, you must use another form of payment, i.e. Bitcoin, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.

2) If your order contains any GPUs (Graphics Cards), you must use another form of payment, i.e. Bitcoin, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.

Free Shipping in USA

gpuShack offers free shipping to any USA, Alaska, Hawaii, or USA Territory/Military/Freight-Forwarding address. Shipping takes between 2-4 days.

International Shipping and Freight Forwarding Addresses

All International Orders and Freight Forwarding orders must be placed with Amazon, PayPal, or Bitcoin. All Debit/Credit Card orders will be cancelled. Shipping time for International Orders takes up to 12 days. Shipping is calculated automatically during checkout, based on total order weight. To pass on shipping savings, individually packaged items may be removed from retail packs and shipped in plain packages.

Requesting Address Changes

Address change requests cannot be processed manually. To change your address, you must cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number.

International Non-USA Customs, Taxes, and Duties Disclosure

The total sold value of the product will be declared as merchandise. As a matter of policy, gpuShack cannot modify the total declared value of the product, and cannot declare the product as "gift."  International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties upon arrival. gpuShack does not collect taxes or duties on behalf of your government.
