Notice to all Debit/Credit Card Payers

Your Shipping Address must match Billing Address on file with Card issuer. If this is not possible, you must use another form of payment. 

Free Shipping in USA

gpuShack offers free shipping to any USA, Alaska, Hawaii, or USA Territory/Military/Freight-Forwarding address. Shipping takes between 2-4 days.

International Shipping and Freight Forwarding Addresses

gpuShack does not accept International Debit/Credit Cards as a form of payment for Physical products. If you are a non-USA customer, you may not use a Credit/Debit Card to buy Physical Products from gpuShack. All International Credit/Debit Card orders for Physical products will not be shipped.

For Digital Products ordered by Non-USA customers, gpuShack accepts: Debit/Credit Cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Crypto Payments.

For Physical Products ordered by Non-USA customers, gpuShack accepts:  Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Crypto Payments.

Shipping time for International Orders takes up to 6 business days. Shipping is calculated automatically during checkout, based on total order weight.

Requesting Address Changes

Address change requests cannot be processed manually. To change your address, you must cancel your order. 

See the "Refund and Cancellation Policy" in the gpuShack Warranty Agreement and proceed with that guide to cancel your order for a refund.

International Non-USA Customs, Taxes, and Duties Disclosure

The total sold value of the product will be declared as merchandise. As a matter of policy, gpuShack cannot modify the total declared value of the product, and cannot declare the product as "gift."  International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties upon arrival. gpuShack does not collect taxes or duties on behalf of your government.
